Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@viniciousreato.com and send your item to: Carrer Angel Guimera 21, Atico – 08923 Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Barcelona.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
As stated earlier, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund wthin 15 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
